You can request to extend your loan directly from within the app before it matures.

When to request

The “Request Extension” option becomes available in your loan details once your loan is within 60 days of its maturity date.

As soon as your loan enters this 60-day window, you will be able to submit your extension request directly through the app, allowing sufficient time for review and processing.

How to request in the app

1. Log in to your APX Lending account.

2. Navigate to the specific Active Loan you would like to extend.

3. Inside the Loan Details page, click the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner.

4. Select “Request Extension” from the dropdown menu.

5. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your request.

Approval

Extensions are granted at APX Lending’s discretion.
If approved, your loan will continue under the same terms (interest rate, collateral requirements, etc.) unless otherwise specified.
