If your document was flagged, it likely:
- Was not issued in your province or country of residence
- Was expired or unclear in the image
- Did not match the information in your account
What to do:
- Log in to your APX Lending account.
- Navigate to My Profile → Account Settings → Identity Verification.
- Re-upload a valid, government-issued photo ID from your current province or country of residence.
- Ensure the image is clear, well-lit, and unobstructed.
