If you're having trouble logging into your APX Lending account, the most common cause is an issue with your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Here's how to troubleshoot and regain access:
Step 1: Confirm You Have Set Up 2FA
To log into your account, 2FA must be set up using the Google Authenticator app.
If you haven’t set this up yet, please:
- Download the Google Authenticator app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Log into your APX Lending account and scan the QR code presented on the screen.
- Enter the 6-digit code shown in your Authenticator app when prompted.

Step 2: Ensure the Code is Valid
If you're seeing a "Code Invalid" error:
- Make sure your device's clock is synced correctly. Incorrect time settings can cause code mismatches.
- Always use the latest 6-digit code from your app – they change every 30 seconds.
- Avoid copying older codes or refreshing too slowly.
Step 3: Still Locked Out?
If you’ve already set up 2FA and are still unable to log in:
- Take a screenshot of the error you're seeing.
- Email our support team at support@apxlending.com with the subject “Login Support – 2FA Issue”.
We’ll verify your identity and guide you through a reset process.
Pro Tip:
For your security, we do not support login without 2FA. If you change devices or uninstall the app, you’ll need to re-set up 2FA using a new QR code.
