What is an LTV Notice, and when does it trigger?

An LTV Notice triggers at 80% LTV. No collateral is sold at this stage, it's a notice threshold that gives you the opportunity to top up your collateral or repay part of your balance before the risk of liquidation increases.

Will I be notified while my account is in LTV Notice status?

Yes. While your account remains at or above 80% LTV, we'll send email alerts every 6 hours until your LTV moves back out of that range.

What can I do while my account is in LTV Notice status?

You can top up your collateral or repay part of your outstanding balance to bring your LTV back down and avoid reaching the liquidation threshold.
